Whenever

March 1, 2010 Off By Sangita Borthakur

The showers from
The mighty sky
Clear every dirt.
I can see
Through the open window
The dancing green leaves
Of the big tree.
They shine
Like sparkling diamonds
After a bath.
As I watch
something steers
in my mind and heart
Something unknown, untold
Remains among those leaves
And will be there always
Whenever such shower falls.
