The evening gathering was rather very quick to the point where my friends said..well a bottle and anything whoever likes to make us munch and keep us snackyy! I thought of offering a pleasant surprise by making something!.but I knew not..Well.. I thought of the inventories that I had: mutton, fish and pork. All my friends had savoured the taste of pork. I thought of going ahead with porkky busines for dry snacks that would blend those glasses of intoxications! To make it simple , quick and hot I gave a try to this recipe.
- Red pepper powder
- Jeera and dhania powder (Cumin Seed Powder and Coriander Powder)
- Garlic and ginger paste
Heat oil and put a spoonful of red pepper powder. Fry the pork pieces till properly cooked after adding salt to taste. Add jeera, dhania, garlic and ginger over the meat. Chop tomatoes finely and put into the meat. Cook till the tomatoes are crispy. Add no water.
