Winter blues

Winter blues

November 15, 2013 Off By Maharnab Hazarika

We ran amidst

dandelion fields

weighing love in each step.

although some songs are

forgotten

some places live like

solitary echoes that hum around

intertwined bodies

And while I rested on your shoulders

and let the wind

sway easy by our souls

you closed your big eyes,

secure, holding

the moment

and I just kept wondering what we were

doing

last winter.
