- 1 small cucumber
- 2 big spoon of roasted sesame seeds
Ingredients for dressing (mix all the ingredients)
- 1 big spoon of olive oil
- 1 big spoon of vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cut cucumber into two halves and grate it length wise (as shown in photo).
- Pour dressing over and roasted sesame seeds over the grated cucumber. Mix it with a fork.
- Serve it with chips or toasted bread. It can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
(*Note: dressing can be stored for 6 months and more. Grated carrot can also be used to enhance the taste.)
