Cucumber Salad



  1. 1 small cucumber
  2. 2 big spoon of  roasted sesame seeds


Ingredients for dressing (mix all the ingredients)


  1. 1 big spoon of olive oil
  2. 1 big spoon of  vinegar
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste




  1. Cut cucumber into two halves and grate it length wise (as shown in photo).
  2. Pour dressing over and roasted sesame seeds over the grated cucumber. Mix it with a fork.
  3. Serve it with chips or toasted bread. It can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


(*Note: dressing can be stored for 6 months and more.  Grated carrot can also be used to enhance the taste.)
