Nikki Thapa, is a management graduate from Tribhuwan University Board of Nepal. Working as a Photo Manager to An American Photographer. She loves cooking. Mostly during weekends, for family and friends. Prefers making food with ingredients that she has on hand, rather than following any recipe-ritual. Then of course, all her food inventions are product of what she sees of TV and learns from her friends, with tweak and twist of her own.
